Delivery Policy

Holidays

To help ensure timely delivery of your order during the following seasons, place your order at least 1 day before: Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, Labor Day, Mother’s Day , Father’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day.

Same Day Delivery

Orders from South Florida must be received before 2:00 pm in the recipient’s time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the next day.

For Saturday orders, they must be made before 11 am in the time zone of the recipient for delivery.

Sunday Delivery

Most flower shops are closed on Sundays. If you have a delivery for Sunday we will do everything possible to make this delivery that day, otherwise it will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery Schedule

Delivery times are between 9 am and 5 pm. During the holidays like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter Day extended hours are offered, call to verify.

Wrong address

If delivery address is provided incorrectly, delivery charge will apply for second attempt. If the delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.

Card Messages

The message you wrote in the message field is the message that is sent with the gift. Any billing information is not included with your order.

Substitutions

Occasionally, substitutions may be unavoidable carry flowers for your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in certain seasons. Careful to keep the idea of the style, theme and color arrangement will, using flowers of equal value. Delivery Cost

Local delivery rate of $ 10.00 for each order, for each address that is added. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may change.) If the order is more than $ 250.00 shipping will be free.

Refund policy

If an order is delivered to the recipient and there is some problem for quality, the recipient must contact us directly. We would be happy to solve the problem. To request a replacement, you should contact BB of Flowers within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that flowers are perishable. Proper care is required, returns or replacements not reported within 24 hours of the date of original delivery are not accepted. It is the responsibility of the client to review all information provided on this website relating to refunds and / or replacements.

If a customer has to cancel an order, the cancellation must be made at least within four (4) hours before the delivery of the order. If cancellation is received after the delivery of the order, no refund can be issued. No cancellations will be accepted if a customer places an order, but provides information that prevents direct delivery, as in the case of a wrong address.

BB of Flowers is not responsible for any order that the addressee refuses to accept the item. BB of Flowers will not issue refunds to customers where the recipient, for any reason, will not accept the item or delivery.
